Sunbridge Solar

We recently had Sunbridge Solar install a 12KW solar system on our house. These people are awesome. From the salesman Jim, to the owner Jordan and all of the people that installed our system the process was great. The install was done on time at the exact price quoted. Jim explained clearly what the system would provide and each person that we dealt with was on the same page. The installers were top notch and kept us informed and gave us opportunity to make decisions during the install. Everyone was respectful of our property and left no mess on their way out. They even installed 2 solar attic fans for us at a very reasonable charge. The follow up after install including the necessary paperwork to get our incentives from the state and federal governments and the PUD loan funding is being handled by the Sunbridge. If you are looking for a solar installation I would highly recommend using this company. We did our research and received 3 quotes. These people are reasonable, local and easy to work with. Don’t be fooled by the out of town folks.

BUYER BEWARE...!!!  Jesse Hunter and Jordan Weisman altered nearly all of the job specifications and, as such, had difficulty with the AHJ and/or ETO.  Installation issues were affirmed by their competitors, the City of Gresham, the Energy Trust of Oregon and the Oregon Contractors Board.  Complaints were also filed with the Better Business Bureau and Oregon's Attorney General.  This company may promise you the World, but fail to deliver.  I would NEVER use this company again, nor would I ever refer them to anyone; BUYER BEWARE...!!!

SunBridge wasn't the only company to bid but their price, creativity, and reliability stood out from the rest. Work was completed ahead of schedule despite being a unique installation. The quality of their work exceeded my expectation. The work area was clean when they left and follow-up continued even after the work was done to make sure it was done to my satisfaction.

Mark was very personable, interested in making our project work, and knowledgeable about the products they use. I had previously had two other solar installers come out to the house and give me bids for a system, but neither of them wanted to install panels on the garage, and one seemed more intent on having us rent/lease the equipment rather than owning it. I never followed thru with either of these installers. When Mark came back with the plan for the system, it made sense; there was no push for financing the system or renting the equipment. They used Solar World panels and Enphase micro inverters. The install went smoothly, and the workers were careful with my wife's plants. The system looks great and performs as it should. When I had questions about the function of the system, Mark was very responsive.
