Al is a very experienced, licensed contractor. He hired a skilled cement mason and other competent workers to install the cement slab and the French drain. He closely monitored their work and occasionally worked with them. He kept me well informed of the project's progress and next steps. His knowledge and supervision resulted in a carefully constructed drainage system that has eliminated my drainage problem. The final cost was less than the bid estimate. I very much enjoyed getting to know and working with Al. He is a great guy. I will absolutely hire him for any future house projects.

Alan told me what he'd do to repair the fence and arbor that were in danger of blowing down in a high wind, and gave me an estimate of the cost. He started and finished the work on schedule, at the estimated cost, and cleaned up the area perfectly. He did a beautiful job that should last many years. He followed up four weeks later with a phone call to inquire how I felt about the repairs. I will definitealy hire him again for any future repair needs.
