Alex was really, really great. He provided a very competitive quote and worked with me so I could do some work.  I painted the new pre-primed cedar 5/4 x 4" trim (120 feet) which he dropped off while the special order glass was being made.  We replaced the low quality cheap trim which Centex had used with the more appropriate cedar trim and this should last much longer.  Alex was very good at communicating and meeting the schedule.  The actual work time took less than the estimate and Alex charged the lower actual rate.  You could really tell Alex knows his trade and was fast and did things well.  He identified the Milgard window and made all the right measurements so the internal decorative dividers lined up with the other 3 panels perfectly.  The tint color on the low-e glass he used was also perfect.  Alex also has a great positive personality and will take time explaining anything you're interested in. Very happy overall and I would highly recommend you meet with Alex and let him quote on your next job.
