Grigory was punctual and professional. He cleaned & inspected our 1994 gas furnace. He made specific & easy suggestions for maintaining it to work smoothly for the winter. There was NO trying to sell me a new unit or unnecessary parts. Grigory has integrity and pride in his work. I highly recommend him.

Excellent contractor with a fantastic eye for detail.
Very professional and good at what he does. Called asking for an advice to help me
out and trouble shot with me, as my AC unit unexpectedly stopped working. He
was very prompt and after trying different solutions over the phone, came over within an hour.
His attention to detail was tops. After recharging the unit I was able to use our
AC on a very hot day. Thank you Grigory.
I will definitely be using him again and have already recommended this
contractor to my neighbor.

I started to have problems with my furnace, it wasn't working right. One of my neighbors recommended me to call Instant Heating and Cooling company. It was the best service, that I had with the contractors. The guy was very knowledgeable, he identified the problem within a few minutes.He was able to work on my furnace despite of the tight space around it. And most of all, he was very fair on the price. I would definitely recommend this guy to anybody who might have issues with their heating and cooling systems. And definitely will use him in the future.

Gregg is a very nice guy and a very knowledgeable technician. He explained about the mechanisms of the unit and the problems, using very understandable vocabulary, which I could not understand from service I received from other companies. This was a big help considering I am not familiar with the mechanisms of heaters. Fortunately, I did not have any major problems this time.. It was a good opportunity to meet Gregg and I will definitely be contacting him next time, if I have any other problems arise. I encourage others to do so as well.

Our outdoor unit (HP) stoped working and we had cold air blowing inside the house. My friend recommended me to call Instant Heating and Cooling company, they came and found that a fan motor of outdoor unit had failed. They replaced the fan motor, cleaned condenser and started the Heat Pump,...it started good and working great until now. So, I'm very satisfied with this company

When our heating went dead, we called the Instant heating and Cooling. The service was done the same day. They replaced the Gas Furnance control. Not only that, they did extras, like cleaning burners. I'm very satisfied with the rapid response and would definitely use this business and highly recommend it to others!

My furnace was acting weird and blowing cold air. I called Instant Heating and Cooling, they came the same day and diagnosed a few problems. They replaced wall thermostat and pressure switch. The gentlemen was very professional, and organized. I really liked their service and recommend this company to anyone, who need help with their HVAC systems.

My gas furnace stopped working, and we called Instant Heating & Cooling. They came on time the same day and found a control board failed. So, they replaced the board and my furnace came back to life again. We are very satisfied with this company, the technician was very friendly, useful and quick. We did not expect such rapid response. When I get home, kids told me that it was already done. I would not even found it since all insulation was patched to mach existing, area cleaned and damper adjusted for the winter.

I got problem with my furnace and I called to Instant Heating, they came the same day and fixed my furnace. I an hour I got HEAT back in my house. I didn't make tune ups for a while and my furnace needed clean up and adjustments, and they also replaced air filter and flame sensor.
I was totally satisfied with the service of this company, it was quick and for the reasonable price.
I would definitely recommend this company to anybody who needs HVAC service

Excellent service!
This company has a true professionals: very informed, very courteous and always responsive to my questions and requests. They scheduled the date and installed A/C system by the end of the same day. I am so happy with the system they installed and know they will be looking out for me should anything arise in the future.

Our portable air conditioning unit broke when weather was very hot and we were worried that we wouldn't be able to find anyone to install central air for us. Sears promised us fast installation but gave a quote for over $5000. When we called Instant Heating and Cooling Grigoriy came the same day and, we were given much more reasonable quote and promised installation within several days. And he delivered what he promised. He was very knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and trustworthy. It took only 2 days to get central air installed and we were so happy to enjoy cool air. I would recommend his services to everyone.

We needed the A/C installed as soon as possible when the hot temperatures came this summer. After a few quotes we came across instant heating and cooling . Gregory scheduled us promptly with a reasonable price. After few days we had our a/c up and working. He explained very well how the system works and answered all of our questions and concerns. Very knowledgeable. He also cleaned up his work space outside and in the garage. We really do recommend him to everyone who needs the heating or cooling systems or maintenance services and will surely be using this company in the future. He was a very pleasant person to do business with.

Gregory from Instant Heating and Cooling was great! He came out right away(same day) and out of 3 bids his was the best. He came out the next day and installed the new air conditioner. Its working great and my wife and I are very pleased. Would highly recommend him! If you are in the Portland/Vancouver area you owe it to yourself to give him a call--you won't be disappointed.

My Furnace stopped working and I called Instant Heating & Cooling, he arrived on time and provided excellent service. He was very neat and a professional technician. In half an hour my furnace started working again, I would highly recommended him as a HVAC technician, and would definitely use him in the future.
