Innovative Leak Detection failed to detect correct leaking point. I dug the area they marked, but there is no leaking in that area (please see the attached pictures). But they still asked me to pay the full price of $325. I said I would be willing to pay $75 because they did not detect the leaking point. They finally agree to reduce the price to $100. It was lucky for me to dig out the area myself, otherwise if I had hired a plumber to that, I would pay more money for nothing.

They did find the leak, but I had to pay for 2 hours of his time, ($325.00), and it took less than 1 hour to locate. They showed an hourly rate on my receipt, but will not come out for less then a 2 hour charge. That is a ripoff!!! They need to rethink this and charge so much for the first hour and so much for each additional time. So before you call them do some checking to see if you can find someone who is willing to charge by the hour.

They are so good. We have a leak in our house. I called them yesterday and they called me back last night. He sent somebody over today that is so good. They said up front this is what it's going to cost. In just under 2 hours they found the leak. The water heater was spinning really fast which means there is a leak somewhere and they have found it. They aren't done yet but so far they have been really good.

The water leak was under my concrete driveway. We were able to cut the concrete and complete the work within a few hours because of knowing exactly where to cut and dig.
