Citywide Custom Gutter LLC

From start to finish, working with Citywide Custom Gutter was a disaster. I initially worked with Roger on the bid and it was like pulling teeth to get him to give straight answers and return calls. This should have been a red flag and reason to go with another company, but I reluctantly decided to go with them on a recommendation from my roofing company. When it came time to install the gutters, I was at home watching the installation. After the first gutter run was hung, I mentioned to the head crew member, Jacob, that the gutters looked like they were hung way too low. Jacob assured me that the gutters were hung at the correct height and there would be no issues. The crew then proceeded to install the rest of the gutters. A few days later, I decided to do a water test (which Citywide never did) and sure enough, the gutters were hung too low - a moderate amount of water running off the roof, overshot the gutters, rendering them useless. Upon bringing this concern up with Citywide Custom Gutter, I was told they would only do the repair (of their shoddy installation) if I paid them $400 ON TOP OF the original amount I already paid. They claimed this was because I had told them to hang the gutters low, which was a blatant lie. This company does not stand by their work and when issues come up, blames the customer. Their "warranty" is a joke.

Excellent company. We used them on our previous home and now on our current home. They are professional, on-time, friendly, excellent customer service from the phone to the estimate to the installers. We will continue to use them on any future projects. Thank you Citywide!

Gutters were beginning to sag and run over in various places around the house. They provided a crew to basically rehang and realign the gutters all around the house. The crew worked quickly and efficiently to do the required work and the the gutters no longer run over. In December 2016

They replaced the section that needed to be replaced for $271. Did a great job. Quick and efficient.

Workers originally tried to run the downspout down the middle of the siding not the edge of the house. They reluctantly corrected the location of the downspout but the downspout projects onto the roof and not as it should into the gutter.

At my request, they came by the house a few days early and removed the old gutters before they were to install the new ones so I could scrape and paint the fascia boards.  They just did a great job and went the extra mile.  I think if I were to do anything differently, I would have had them pull the downspouts and I'd have painted the house first too but they did a great job with everything they were hired to do.

From the first day Roger arrived to give a a quote he arrived on time , he was prepared and answered all our questions.
he also left us with a key of colors for our new gutters.
We had five other companies come out and give us quotes , Custom was not the cheapest nor were they the most expensive either, But they proved to do what they said they would do and do it right!
Within a week we had our new gutters.
The work crew came on time and started in right away , minimal noise and they cleaned up after themselves.
They finished in 4 hours !!!!!!!!!!
I love our home and the gutters we replaced probably came with the house (built in 1962) I had been wanting new ones since we bought the house in 2006 ,They look AMAZING!!!
Thank you Roger and crew, I will let everyone I know that needs gutters where to go.
BRING ON THE RAIN !!

Upon purchasing my home I noticed that the gutters along my large covered deck would over flow every time it rained hard.  I hired another company to come out and clean them which fixed the problem for a few weeks and then the problem returned.  This time I had Citywide come out and take a look at the situation.  They recommended replacing the gutter, the downspout and adding a leaf relief protection system to keep the pine cones and other debris from entering the new system.  I hired them and a few days later they arrived on schedule, removed and carted the old gutters away and installed the new system.  It's been 3 years now and still to this day no matter how hard it rains the gutter never has over flowed again.  Many thanks everyone at Citywide..........It's a pleasure to do business with a locally owned company that does such great work............!

They were great!  Came when they were scheduled, finished quickly and cleaned up after themselves. We are really happy with our new gutters. Definitely would use them again!

Excellent, fast workers. Very fast.  It has held up well.

Jim arrived and set immediately to work.  He was polite, professional, hardworking, and clearly experienced.  Due to the amount of water pressure he had to use, there was considerable leaking inside the enclosed, covered patio.  He apologized profusely (he hadn't realized what was happening because he was outside on the roof).  He immediately started to work cleaning up the mess, and it looked immaculate by the time he finished.  He also offered to take about 1/3 off the bill.  Now that he "knows the ropes," he has agreed to be my regular gutter cleaner.  The best part of all this?  There have been NO leaks whatsoever since he came.

Arrived on time, tore off all old gutters & downspouts and replaced them with new aluminum gutters with covers & downspouts. Job was done in about 2 1'2 hrs; and they cleaned up all the mess. They even cleaned off my back deck where a recent wind & rain storm had dumped a few billion wet leaves & twigs. They also cleaned off part of my driveway and the walkway around my house. I appreciate the extra effort to make the place look tidy.

I was able to arrange for the work to be done with photos sent via cellphone.  Citywide Custom Gutter performed the job quickly and neatly.  I recommend their work.

Went pretty well, one strange choice made by the installer put a large section of downspout across decorative brick in the front. When I called the owner he scheduled a time to meet and change the downspout, no problem. It looks great now.

Perfect.  I contacted the company in the morning to inquire and they had the work done that same afternoon.  Only great things to say about the work and experience

They came out on Wed and left an estimate to replace two downspouts (w/cleanouts).  I asked when the work would be done, the gentleman said "we'll get to it this week."   He said I didn't need to be home and they'd send an invoice.  I came home the next day and everything was done.  Invoice came in the mail on Saturday.  Doesn't get much easier than that.
