They come out every May or June. He is pretty effective with the pest control. I had carpenter ants, and they did not bother me after the treatment. He has a one-year guarantee, so if they come back, he will come back and take care of it. He does not use organic but uses low eco-impact products. There is no second kill; it does not affect the rodents, which is good. He does not strike me as particularly bright, and he has possibly been adversely affected by the chemicals. It seems to me like he has been breathing the chemicals for too long, but I still use him and would continue to do so.

Mike came out promptly and set traps, and when my crazy neighbor put a rock in one trap he came up with a new plan. He came out and rousted those critters out, then boarded up their entry route. Mike was very nice and helpful - all for a very competitive price. I am very happy to recommend his services.

Great. Mike does the service himself. He is very friendly and quicky schedules the service. I have used him twice, and he did an excellent job both times.

He has come out 2 additional times in the 12 months, all at no charge. I plan to renew the contract when it comes due in August. The price was more than fair and the service was very quick.
