Had a wonderful experience with CertaPro painters on my home. It was an exterior repaint from the original, and after selecting new colors am totally happy with it. Everyone was so nice and easy to work with, on time efficient and did a great job. Would def recommend and would use them again when the need arises! Great job guys!!

CertaPro Painters did a superb job on our home. We have a cedar board and batten sided home and were concerned about getting a company that could re-seal and make our home look like new. CertaPro Painters was the perfect fit for the job! Cary came to our home and went through every detail of what we should expect from his crew and products. His crew was professional, polite, and very diligent hard workers. The results were beyond our expectations. Even after a wildfire forced his crew to leave our property, they returned to complete the job with the same energy and skill. Gary Gable set up appointments to have our condo painted within 1 day for $3600. He said he would have 4 painters there to get the job done. He lied and only had 3 painters there and they didn't finish that day. Movers were ready to move things in the next day and his painters - 4 - came to finish the next day in which they did a pretty good job! When I called him to discuss a discount because of the job not being done on time, he would budge. He said he pays his painters $30-35/hr and our Relator said painters get $15-20/hr. Gary lied about that too! Do not trust this man in their firm to hold to his word and completely overcharged!!!! Thanks

Overall things went very smoothly, the painter Angel was a first rate professional. I would hire him again. I love the colors my wife picked for this job.

Don & Cary teamed up to manage both projects at the same time. They did a great job. Not only did the paint job come out great.... They made sure customers entering our business building were appropriately directed away from the painting areas. Quality work, Quality paint and done with care! I needed our house painted during the busiest season this summer. Cary and his team were there in a couple days to get the week long job completed.

It took three tries for this contractor to paint my garage. Each time the results looked like a stucco product rather than wood. The same was true a other parts of the house, a lot of rework. Two coats of paint over primer and a peel bond (where needed) were not consistently applied. I routinely met with the company's supervisors to discuss resolve any workmanship issues that I had seen. Together, we reviewed work for the acceptability, pointed out workmanship errors to be resolved, and pointed out damage to my house such as: deck/roof damage, spray errors, caulking deficiencies, and sanding omissions. Some of these issues were resolved, but not all.  I still find paint product residue around my yard, paint spray on yard plants and kid toys, and paint drops on my deck.

The term for the job was estimated to be not more than two weeks; it took approximately 8 WEEKS for the job to be completed. I settled for the final effort which I am only marginally satisfied. In retrospect, I believe this contractor demonstrated only minimum expertise with the painting of cedar siding nor managing the work of their subs.

Artenio and his two man crew pressure washed and painted the exterior of my two story house w/ an attached garage  The house has a peaked roof.  They also pressure washed my patio, driveway apron, front steps and walk.  I inspected it with his crew, then with Artenio and a week later with a friend who is a retired house painter.  Perfect score from all three inspections.  They took extra care with my shrubbery and flowers.  it looks better than when I bought it and I bought it new.  Good guys and killer painters.  I'm very please.  Highly recommended!

It didn't turn out very well at all.  It was not a good experience.  I wouldn't use them again.

very happy with the work. the painter suggested an alkylid waterbased paint from SW that worked very well. They tapped and laid cloth so there was no paint splatter. Very clean an friendly

outstanding. they were fast, clean and used high quality products. We were very pleased with how well they communicated with us and followed through to insure the job was done right.

Project got off to a rocky start but the CertaPro team rallied to make the necessary corrections in a timely manner. The team was responsive to my suggestions and concerns and each item was acted upon to my total satisfaction. I would highly recommend this company and I plan on using them in the future. The painters showed up early and finished quickly, the room looks great. I earned some points with my wife.

The job went very well with excellent results. Painters were courteous on time very considerate of the house and very efficient. Did not shop for any other prices but preferred to stay with a local business. Quality of the results is superb.

Absolutely Outstanding job.  Working with Cary Gabel and his crew made for a great experience all the way around.  From the initial bid process to the finish Cary's crew was very professional and respectful of our home and I am truly impressed by the attention to detail that was displayed during the entire project.  The customer service I received was was very personal and I was made to feel as if I were their only customer.  Cary was in contact during the entire project and did a great close walk around at the end to ensure the painting was up to his high standard.  This type of service is hard to come by nowadays but it did leave a lasting impression on me and I will be using Cary and his CertaPro crew for any other painting related projects I have in the future.

Dan was very professional and friendly. His estimate, which was spot on, was based on careful consideration--he actually measured the space, which several other painters did not. He gave a written estimate the same day--no waiting. I appreciated the detailed list of services to be performed and that Dan let us know what was expected of us as well. Good communication. He was able to fit us into his schedule quickly, which worked well for us. We only had a day or two's notice before the work started, which was not a problem for us, but might not work for others. The painting crew of 3 guys was great. They were professional, careful and quick, finishing the work in one day. They protected our floors and furniture, and lower walls and windows that were not to be painted were covered. They painted two coats, so the finish is very even, and their edges at the ceiling and trim are very clean. They cleaned up after finishing, even sweeping the floors. We requested that they get an extra gallon of paint so we could continue the color upstairs, and they graciously agreed. I overpaid for the paint, and Dan sent a personal note and refund check. Very honest. I would definitely use CertaPro again and would recommend Dan and his crew.

We recently installed new cabinets throughout our house, including kitchen and three bathrooms.  We had the all wood cabinets delivered unpainted to be completed on site, which turned out to be quite an undertaking.  We contacted several painters for estimates and were stunned by the prices.  Painting the cabinets white was not going to be as simple as slapping on a coat or two of paint.  They required caulking, sanding, priming, re-sanding, and more?.a lot of detail work and all in a house that we are living in and filled with furniture.  Some of the painters we contacted were not even willing to take on the job.
 
Initially, Dan Molyneux meet with us to review our project, he gave us some preliminary information, but returned the next day to review the project with one of his head painters as he wanted to give a thorough and solid estimate so there would be no surprises on either end.  He reviewed our various options in detail and made sure all of our questions were answered.  There was a clear difference between Dan and the other painters that we obtained estimates from, both in face-to-face interaction and in the professionalism of his bid and ultimately the painting contract.  While all the bids we obtained were similar in price, we hired CertaPro because it was obvious to us that we would be dealing with a person and company with integrity and that would deliver a superior result.  And, boy, were we right.  

The painters did an excellent job on our cabinets.  They were courteous and patiently put up with our 100-lb dog when she got in their way.   Meanwhile, Dan kept in constant contact with us with regular site visits and daily phone/e-mail updates and was quickly available whenever we had questions or concerns.

When we started this project with CertaPro, we were confident that if anything was not initially completed to our satisfaction, that Dan would make sure that it was corrected and that he would stick to their bid and not throw in any ?unanticipated fees/costs.?  The project was completed on schedule, within budget, and to our complete satisfaction.
 
We have more painting jobs to come, including additional interior work and exterior painting and we look forward to working with Dan and CertaPro on our future projects.
