Mike was great.  On time, price and his workers were there every day even in the pouring rain.  Finished the house and looks fantastic.  Highly recommended.  

HIs crew showed up and worked rain or shine for almost three years. The project was huge. Glad it's over. Mike's company will now maintain our condo community.

One of the reasons that my husband picked them, they do not sub-contract out any of the work. They do it themselves. The work ended up being so much nicer than I expected. There were a lot of problems with the way the house was originally built, so in trying to make the house a little more open and more to our taste, he uncovered a lot of things that were wrong and he had to fix them. In order to progress with the remodel. It was amazing. It is completely different on the inside. We bought a foreclosure and a lot of the smaller companies said that it was too big of a job. The larger companies were quoting $100, 000 to 200,000. The negatives were; some things were not done in the timeline that they were supposed to be done, part of that was, things needed to fixed before they do things and he had a baby during that time. We plan on using them for the bottom floor to do.

Aubrey Construction is doing a huge ongoing project at our 56 unit 15 building condo complex. So far everything they have done, and said they were going to do and more has been wonderful. His crew has done the greatest job working with the individual homeowners. I will report back as needed.

After getting almost 10 different bids, Mike from Aubrey Construction was the only one who showed up early for the bid, provided a complete bid within two days and performed everything plus many other items to complete the job. His crew arrived on time and cleaned up the job site after each day which was much appreciated with a two year old and many nails. I can't say enough about how impressed I was with Aubrey Construction - he is a class act and a pure professional, not to mention just a really nice guy! I am not skilled in home repair at all and at the mercy of a contractor with a house we are selling that required a new roof to put on the market. Our house looks fantastic with complete new facia board and gutters that even matched our new house paint job. Mike can do everything, not just roofing so he was able to quickly and easily rebuild a lot of old tongue and groove and rebuild the roof so that it drains perfectly and works perfectly. On top of all the great work, his entire team is very friendly. I feel so lucky to have found Mike and I referred him to my neighbor who hired him to do another complete tear off, much larger job and she is just as happy.

All work described was done in a timely and professional manner. The jobsite was cleaned at the completion of the day and the overall finished work product was excellent.
