We had a different inspection the day before by a different provider in a different place so a good opportunity to compare. Both were professional but we saw that the other inspector seemed to have a greater service mentality and was willing to inspect the attic for instance, which Bob said he wouldn't do due to insurance liability issues. There were other things he said we would need specialized inspectors to check. He did go into the crawl space which in our case was very disagreeable with some animal skeletons, debris, and moisture so we commend him for that. A few months after when we needed an electronic copy he couldn't find our file right away but eventually located it. He seemed very knowledgable. We would recommend him for this area.

He charges about $325 for a single family house that’s under 3000 sq ft. He is very professional and he does a great job communicating with the client. He is able to print and give them a report right there on site. He is very thorough and he is licensed, certified, and insured. He does a thorough job and I've never had anyone complain about any of the works that he has done. He shows up on time and charges a fair price.
