We provide demolition and hauling for commercial or residential clients, anything from a couch or fireplace to removing an entire structure. Did you do a renovation and have all the garbage left? We specialize in cheap efficient site clean up. We can provide you with up to 10 employees to complete any job necessary. No job is too big or too small, our professional employees will provide you with a friendly, efficient service and meet all of your project needs. Pros: The hauler showed up, finished loading the truck very efficiently, was friendly, and cleaned up afterwards (swept driveway). Cons: Communication was very poor as to when to expect them, updates etc. Also although I realize that estimates are difficult over the phone, I feel like they took advantage of that vagueness to overcharge me by quite a bit (knowing that I wouldn't say "no" once they are there and ready to haul stuff away...).

The crew got to work right away and did an incredible job of demoing everything out. They disposed of trash from the attic and basement as well. Sean was great to work with and was responsive to our needs and questions. We wanted the window sills saved but they were mostly all damaged in the demo (those things happen) and a piece of glass was broken on a built in (easily repaired). Overall, the crew and foreman were awesome, extremely hard working and a careful as you can be when gutting an entire house. We would use them again for a similar project or just hauling debris.

It went as good as I had hoped. They were quick, removed the debris from my basement without needing my help, and even hauled off hazardous materials for an additional charge. Will definitely use them again in the future!

They arrived on time, assessed my pile of debris and loaded it up. They explained that for my Angie’s list deal the maximum amount to be hauled away was 500 pounds. That seemed reasonable to me, so they loaded up the heaviest items first and some large barrels and I was left with a small pile of tree limbs that I could easily cut myself and put my yard debris can. They were polite and helpful and we talked about the other services that A1 provides. I will definitely hire them again.
