Larry Lamb was here first thing in the morning; found the problem on the new washing ,machine; fixed it and was on his way within 30 minutes of arrival Larry knows what he is doing and professional beyond belief and a really nice guy on top of everything else. If the rest of the world was as Larry we would have no problems with customer service in any industry!

He knocked on the upstairs door even though I had given him good instructions as to that I live behind the house in the basement. It was after he knocked that he figured that out when reading his notes. Keep in mind he runs this business all by himself, he does all the office work along with going to people's houses, He has enough work to never have to advertise or have a web page, he is that good. He came to me highhly recommended

we went into the kitchen and he was like, tell me what your dishwasher is doing. I was like, well the water shooshes on the two pre-wash cycles and on the two rinse cycles. but when it comes to the actual wash cycle the water does not swish around. And from there the service was performed.

He showed up on time and got to work right away. He has a very pleasant and friendly personality. He found the part that was faulty and started looking for places where he could get a new one. They don't make that part any more. He even told me where I could get another one, how much he thought it might be to replace mine and told me who hauls away my old one when I buy one.
