SURE TEMP MECHANICAL

Mark with SureTemp is always reliable and provides excellent service. He kept our old furnace running as long as possible until the internals finally wore out and he could no longer find parts. Once that happened, I had Mark install a new gas furnace and the installation went very smoothly. He got the old equipment and piping out and put the new stuff in and made sure not to leave a mess behind him. He would check in periodically after the install to make sure we were happy and everything was working properly. Everything works as it should and we haven't had any trouble with the equipment Mark install or the service he provides.

I was so impressed with this company!  Mark, the man who came out, told me first when he would be here and he was prompt.  He checked my air conditioner, inside and outside the house.  He determined there was ice on the coils, but also the freon was low.  He turned off the air and ran the fan, left and said he would be back in a couple of hours to check on it.  At that point, he did leave. He then called to ask if the ice had melted. (It had).  He then came out and put in freon.  It took a long time for the house to cool off, but he said he would drop by the next morning to make sure all was okay.  He did that and put in a little bit more freon.  The house, at  this point, was like a meat locker!   Nice and cold! 
Mark was friendly, punctual, and knowledgeable.   First of all, I couldn't believe he came out the same day I called, because the "hot" season had just started.  Then he did what he said he would do all along the way.  I would certainly recommend this company to anyone needing air conditioning or heating repair.
