Everything was done efficiently and professionally, my many questions were answered patiently and clearly, and the price was reasonable for the time spent and tasks completed.

They arrived within the estimated time. The toilet replacement was done quickly and they took the old one away, and left the bathroom clean. They even recommended that I keep the older toilet in another bathroom, saying that it was in good shape and better quality than some newer ones. I had to call them back to work on the shower control but they came right away and fixed the problem. Pleasant to work with. The space for the water heater in the closet is limited, and they were able to find a model to fit where the old one was.

Mike was very professional. Gave us a lot of advise on what needed to be done and suggested ways to save on the costs. Arrived on time.

Very reputable, knowledgeable  and honest plumber. Tries to keep costs low for customer only doing what's necessary (I've had him in the past and he's talked us out of doing unnecessary replacements). Doesn't take credit cards, though. Check or cash only.

New tenants discovered on move-in that the shower wouldn't work. Even though Mike's crew was fully booked for the day, they came and removed the blockage within a few hours of being called. Great service!

Ran a snake which wouldn't go around 90 degree bend, cut vent stack to install a clean-out. Unclogged line and is draining good.

Showed up on time worked and left. Works fine now.

They couldn't solve the problem but what they did was okay. They charged me a little bit. They didn't solve the problem but helped me figure out what the problem was.

Everything went very well- Very professional, the job was finished in a timely manner, and I've had no problems with it since. My only small issue was that I didn't receive a written estimate in advance- only an oral estimate, so I could have been in trouble had things not gone so well. I needed the work done quickly, though. Getting the written estimate would have taken more time.

I own a manufactured home. Given the age of my home, the plumbing is non-standard to stick-built homes. I wanted to install a new kitchen faucet and a new dishwasher on my own. Conceptually I knew what I needed to accomplish but did not know what parts were needed or available. I visited several different plumbing business with little to no help and no complete solution when I arrived at Mike Harvey's business. Mike listened attentively as I described what I needed. He then collected the parts I would need from his amply supplied store room and showed me how they would be connected. My plumbing project at home was completed without further stress and works wonderfully.

Excellent in all aspects .

The plumber who was sent had a lot of diffculty with the tricky water heater pipe issue, and at one point told me it was and quot;a fiascoand quot; (the reason for the B professionalism rating), but he worked on in diligently, called his supervisor for assistance, and in the end resolved the problem well. I was very pleased. It was a odd, difficult job, and he worked his way through it and took the time required to do it well.
He also performed for me a task that wasn't even related to plumbing (removing some debris that had been left under the house after construction), and didn't charge me for it. As I said, this company is stellar.

They are a really good, honest provider. I'll definitely continuing using them as needed, and I highly recommend them to others.

I've used them before when I had a water tank problem so I used them again. The owner was right onsite tending to some of the repairs when I had the water tank problem. He is a no nonsense kind of guy. He is very fair in his pricing structure. That was the main reason I used him. My tank was missing a knob and he took one off an old tank. He took the time and effort to pull off the old knob. He had it in his office and I dropped by and picked it up. Those kinds of things don't happen with your typical plumber. He's good.

Very efficient, good communication with us. Mike Harvey is working with the city to try to minimize the added expense the city is trying to add when these things happen. I believe we got good value for the $$ spent. Was a lot of money for old people to have to cough up.
