Office staff were very helpful and setup an appointment in a timely manner. The technician that came out was very friendly and had all the lights fixed in just a couple hours and explained to me how he fixed everything. The pricing was fair and the service was excellent.

I am unhappy with the services provided as I found my contact with the company generally unprofessional.
Electricians left a mess in their work areas, including plaster chunks in my stairwell where the breaker panel was installed, and trash and bits of electrical insulation on the driveway and in the landscaping near where the service panel was installed. These were obvious bits of trash, and not something easily missed while cleaning up. They also borrowed a step ladder from the tenant in my basement suite while doing their work, which meant they went searching through his apartment for it. Finally, I noticed they had not glued the conduit outdoors or caulked it where it was going into the house, leaving about a quarter inch hole all around. This took several weeks to get remedied and the owner, Bob Hays, told me that his electricians were busy and would not be able to get to it right away. This was a very rude response, as I was concerned about water and/or insects getting into the house through this hole.
Update: Owner of company contacted me as I had sent them a list of my complaints with my payment for the service. They apologized and tried to make sure I was satisfied with their service. This call alone went a long way to making me feel better about the work, but still would have preferred not to have the problems in the first place.

I had a short timeframe as we were having a new porch installed where the conduit would go. They were extremely accomodating to ensure their work was done in conjunction with the people installing a new concrete porch. Work and friendliness was first class
