I contacted Grace at the last minute to clean a two bedroom home in Walla Walla. Not only was she very accommodating, she communicated on Saturday and Sunday to make sure it happened. The project turned out immaculate. We will be utilizing Grace and the Handmaid crews to clean all of our rentals when we complete our project in town. These gals are awesome.

Handmaid Cleaning, LLC, (hereinafter "HC") was contracted to clean my 400 sq/ft apartment. Two wonderful ladies came yesterday and spent over five hours working. On a scale of 1-5 (with 5 being highest), their work, attitude, and diligence would be a six (6).
The process of hiring HC was started early May of this year. (The work was performed yesterday, Sep 23, 2015, by my choice.)  For several reasons, I find housework nasty!
Kevin Reynolds came to my apartment (his wife, Grace, stayed in their vehicle) to give me a quote for initial cleaning and for a weekly continuation. I have no idea what the same services from others would be, but I felt it was a fair price.
However, when I looked into my budget (I am on Social Security Disability), I thought that it wouldn't work out for me. So I cancelled. Kevin was extremely graceful (hmmm, he was "graceful" and his wife's name is "Grace"; might there be some correlation?). Anyway, Kevin was extremely graceful about the cancellation.
Since May, I have had a couple of surgeries, not really serious, that put a crimp on whatever housework I was doing. The apartment got worse!
It got to the point that I was finding it hard to get around. I contacted Kevin to "renew" the proposed job.
The original proposal had the two main elements--initial cleaning and weekly cleaning--written in it, with the cost of each. The initial cleaning element had a couple of parts to it. I knew that the apartment was probably worse than before, so I presented to Kevin that the initial cleaning job go for the same price, but we would cancel one of the parts to the original proposal. He agreed, and said that he could have a team out in two days. We scheduled the five-hour appointment.
Now, I am not in the cleaning business. So my estimate of the condition of my apartment was wrong. The apartment was worse, much worse, than when Kevin walked through and estimated what it would cost.
My apartment has five defined areas to it: Bedroom, Bathroom/Utility room, Kitchen, Dining room, Living room. The bedroom and living room take up half of the apartment, and the three other areas take up the other half. In the initial proposal, HC would be cleaning only four of the areas...not the bedroom. And in that same initial proposal in early May, was a sixth area, which I had dropped for what would be done yesterday.
Unfortunately, the HC ladies could only complete three of the four areas...they ran out of time to do the living room. However, what they did for the dining room, kitchen, bathroom/utility room was stellar!
As others have expressed, the final result was absolutely marvelous. The fixtures and appliances were as clean (could they even be cleaner than?) as showroom fixtures and appliances...outside and inside. I am *completely* satisfied with the job, and I may set up a regularly scheduled appointment.

My parents are in their 90's and my mother still does all her own cleaning and cooking.  She is starting to slow down so I wanted to give her the gift of having her house cleaned for Christmas.  She is so happy with the quality of work, she is going to continue with the bi-weekly maintenance in the future.  She loved having her celing, blinds, vents, light switches, doors window sills, oven hood, facets, and much more all clean.  The quality was what she expected and taught us as we were growing up.  Thank you for a job well done.

These people are wonderful! My family had a large gathering planned in their 1908 home on Sunday. I arrived on Thursday afternoon. Everything had been taken care of EXCEPT the cleaning! Well, I panicked and turned to Yelp and Angie for help. I called and spoke with the owner and he said, and quot;No problem!and quot;. They came out on Saturday with a team of cleaners and had the 5,000 sq.foot house ready for company in just a few hours! Very professional and wonderful people to work with!

They showed up on time, and performed above and beyond what I had expected! We were so happy with their service, and will have them back every two weeks.

Exceptionally kind and friendly as well as professional; Kevin and Grace are easy to arrange services with and a pleasure to work with. They took the time to thoroughly explain their services and determine what I needed. They arrived on time after sending 2 follow up reminder emails earlier in the week to confirm te arranged time and place. The home was left spotless, better than before I moved in (and was previously maintained by a different professional cleaning service). They thought of every surface, and every nook and cranny got full attention. The home smelled and looked wonderful. I received an invoice promptly by email for an amount lower than the quote which was certainly a welcome surprise. The service they provided was more than worth the money! It allowed me to concentrate on moving into my new home without worrying about the old one any further.

we had before our moving truck arrived.

Grace and her helper/assistant arrived promptly and immediately waded in. We'd lived in this house almost 4 years and had accumulated more dirt, dust, and grime than I'm comfortable mentioning. Overall, I'm pleased with the results. Grace thoroughly cleaned everything I asked her to clean. There were a few things I'd wanted her to clean that she didn't do; HOWEVER, I was not expressly clear that they were to be included, so the onus is on me, not Grace. She did exactly what I asked and everything she cleaned she did so thoroughly. Grace is cheerful, polite, and a very hard worker. I wish her every success in her cleaning business and highly recommend her.

Handmaid Residential Cleaning, Grace in particular, has been a blessing to my family. Grace is professional, timely, thoughtful and thorough. Our home is cleaned top to bottom and is spotless thanks to Grace's attention to detail. With other services and I have been disappointment by their level of and ldquo;cleanand rdquo;. I've never had to go back over an area or question if something is clean with Handmade and ndash; a deep clean is provided at each service. We are beyond pleased.
