Parents, relax, these are the best pediatricians I've ever been to. Every one is a good caring doctor. I've been taking my kids there since we moved here 20 years ago, and they continue to provide excellent care for my disabled 25 year old son. (I asked when he turned 21 about going to another doctor, and Dr. Rick said, and quot;He can keep coming hereand quot; because he genuinely cares about my son's health.) My grandson had been seeing a pediatrician regular in the Pullman area and has asthma. When they moved here, Dr. Ashley immediately started him on a much more aggressive asthma treatment. He recently said to my daughter, and quot;Mom, I like running at recess now. I don't feel all tired anymore.and quot; You can trust these doctors--they are the best!

The pediatrician that I have my children see, is great for making sure to spend enough time with my children and myself to make sure that we have all of our questions answered. The appointments are not rushed and my children find him to be friendly and don't mind going to their doctor appointments. He can be a little challenging to get into sometimes, but generally quick in getting appointments. He shows genuine concern about my children and any concerns I have. The only down side is he is often overbooked to get all of his patients seen so the appointments are rarely on time and the wait time in the patient room can sometimes be long

I was greeted when I walked into the clinic by a receptionist and was promptly seated after I provided my basic medical insurance information. I usually wait for no more than 15 to 20 minutes before I see the doctor. If I have a late afternoon appointment I sometimes wait up to 30 minutes and this is understandable since some patients during the day take longer than others to be attended to by the physician. When the nurse comes out to take me back to see the doctor she is very friendly and very efficiently takes my vital signs. The nurse also goes over the current medications I am taking and asks the reason for my visit. I then wait five minutes or so before the doctor comes in to see me. The physicians take the time to talk with me and listen to my concerns and then adjust prescriptions, make recommendations for treatment and order blood tests, x-rays, etc.I have always had very good experiences seeing any doctor in the clinic.
