Can Do Handyman

The guy who came out had attention to details and did things right the first time. He didn’t have to come back and do things because he had done them properly. When he was here he did a full amount of work during the time and he was not lazy which is for sure. He was more punctual than I am. I think we are going to be remodeling out bedroom and he is going to help us. We actually asked him to teach us some of the work and he did. So we work with him and alongside him. He taught us a lot and as a matter of fact he did a dry wall and I was fanned. It was a great experience.

 Our basement window was incorrectly installed by the builder and leaked like a sieve. We had done some stop-gap repairs but it continued to leak.  Curt came over and explained why the window was leaking (it was mounted flush with the outside wall with no flashing) and explained what was needed to correct the problem.  Curt Schell was able to get the crooked window out without breaking it (no mean feat) and re-install it.  He then added the flashing and siding and properly replaced the retaining collar around the window well.  By using the materials already available he saved us a lot of money.  The total job was completed within one day.  Warning: Curt is incredibly prompt.  If he says he's going to be there at 7:00 watch for him by 6:50.  He is knowledgeable, has a great work ethic, and takes pride in a job well done.  We were so pleased with this job that he is now doing out kitchen remodel.
