Wright Brothers sent Bob Wright out to do the estimate for my room addition. He was prompt,his handling of the estimate was professional and through. Price was a little higher than the company I went with.The only reason I did not go with Bob Wright was the time frame and personal fit.

Installers broke the original window plus replacement window. Left us with a leaking roof, shattered, leaking window and damages that cost us over $10,000.

We were asked to provide a new piece of glass for a sunroom brand that is out of business. Our supplier told us they had the pattern, but it turned out to not be the right one. We returned all of the money that the homeowner had paid. We repaired the roof. The customer complained to my franchise head office, but would not respond to our phone calls. We deeply regret this incident. We were trying to help someone and got caught in the middle when the correct glass was not available. We feel that we did all that we could to try to solve the problem.
