I went to have our glass changed out on our Nissan. In the beginning the Customer Service was great. They had a TV for my son (age 4, who cant sit through anything) to watch toons to keep him occupied. We waited for over 2 hrs for the glass to set long enough for us to drive, but when the manager came in he told me that the glass was faulty and on the new windshild the rearview mirror fell off. He attempted to glue it on prior to telling me in order to obviously cover it up. He said that we would have to drive with the rearview mirror off for several days before installing the replacement that had to be ordered. When the "new" window was installed we had gunk on our dash and multiple scraches from the flat-headed screwdriver across the top of the truck, that they decided not to tell me about and had to discover it on my own. In the end the windshield has a wave on the passenger side and multiple pits from small debris. My dealership recommended this place for me, but I am not going back there again.
