They were fast, efficient and do great work. The entire process went well.

I have a very old sprinkler system, installed by the previous owner of the house I live in. I rent but keep up the yard and do the sprinklers myself as a deal with my land lord. No matter what I come in for these folks have exactly what I need or can help me update what is needed in the most cost effective way. They know most things without needing to see the part, just by my layman explanation of the issue. Some of my fixes have been rather involved and they are always able to explain exactly how and what needs done and so far 100% on their guidance. They also have one of the best prices in town for my pellets for my Green Mountain Grill. Love these folks.

The Auto Rain employee showed up a little early but called to let me know he was on his way. He did a very good job of pinpointing the sprinkler positioning problem that was causing some of our grass to die in the backyard. He replaced a few sprinkler heads with ones that better suited the job.

It looked like it worked at first but after a few weeks, other sections of the grass died. My husband had to dig trenches and add sprinkler heads since it wasn't an easy fix as it first appeared to be.

We were very satisfied with the professionalism of the employees and
quality of the job done. Their work was exemplary. Their salesman, Denny
Lawler, even returned when the job was completed to insure everything
was performed to our satisfaction.

They have a store outlet that you can buy sprinkler equipment from. I would go there again for equipment.

One year I forgot to call to have the sprinklers blown out. They call to schedule appointments and remind me, which is a good thing. They are professional. They do fine. The price seems reasonable. I have a satisfactory relationship with them.
