They did a complete remodel of the bathroom and redid the flooring for main level of the house and painted the walls on some of the rooms. And other finishing of the flooring.

He's fair on price, doesn't homestead any jobs. I'm 650 feet off my road, he grated it, re-pitched it, and put down gravel in one day. He is incredible. $55 an hour is his bill, plus the cost of the equipment.
