Work quality ranged from fair to extremely poor. R&M did not complete the project, and refused to return/finish the work, indicating the project was "too hard". During the course of the work, two R&M workers fell from ladders and were injured. When they departed, masking materials were left in place, over spray present on windows/vinyl frames, paint drips on new roof, trim painting incomplete, and wall surface painting inconsistent/incomplete. A number of new vinyl window frames were scored with utility knives where masking installed. When confronted about walking off our project, the company owner (Sandy Mayshark) said, "Go ahead and sue me, I don't have anything!" R&M oversells and way under-delivers. I highly recommend against this contractor. If you do engage this contractor, hold back a considerable portion of the payments to ensure work completion and to the desired quality level. R&M personnel also perform work as the company Mr. Handyman.
