I had had a sewer scope done a few months before the project, and I thought the only problem was a root intrusion. It would require excavating a section of pipe and replacing it. Richard gave a competitive quote for the repair. Once the pipe was exposed, though, there were two more issues - a large hole past the root intrusion and a crack that hadn't been visible from inside the pipe. This expanded the scope of the project, but Richard and his crew took care of it. While they were at it, they even replaced an adjacent downspout drain that was at end-of-life. The crew showed up on time and the work was done exactly on schedule despite the surprises. Everything looks great now and the side sewer works. I couldn't be more pleased with the repair.
