This lady has no ability to be a cleaning lady- let alone ever being a housekeeper. She has no sense for details. The bedsheet was backwards, the pillows were inserted into the case backwards, granite countertop was hazy , missed the sink under the wire dish rack, the dogs table and dishes were not touched---there were things I had instructed her to do which were not done. I must say she appeared to be working hard and was pleasant

Dulce was delightful to have working in my home. She did what I asked and nothing was done unnecessarily. She took responsibility quickly and addressed things which she saw needed cleaning, without me telling her. Her English is quite good, so we had no problems.

She was very punctual and did everything we asked for and even more. She cleaned patio as well as refrigerator which I don't know if it was part of their job description. I have had cleaners charge extra for it.
