My name is Zach Green, I am the owner and operator of Zachary Green Construction LLC. I specialize in interior finishes and remodels, from apartment complexes to brand new custom homes. I started my business after many years of hard work and dedication to my craft, working for general and subcontractors all over the PNW. I wanted to change peoples perspectives on contractors and show other companies how it should be done. When I started my business, I was tired of going to customers homes to find them unsatisfied. They always felt like they paid way too much for the amount of work that was done, because the company I worked for had to pay 10 people from one task. I knew I had to do something different, in order to show people you CAN get portfolio quality work for a small business price. I make sure when I send a bid, thats its the most reasonable price for the scope of work, and that I will only be finished when my client is completely satisfied. Unlike most other companies, I own and operate my business. That means less overhead, or money out of your pocket for all of the behind the scenes work most people hire out. I don't have a secretary or any employees, so you talk to me the whole time. I perform all aspects of scheduling, logistics, and the actual work so you know its done right the first time. i work harder than the older contractors to make sure my clients are perfectly satisfied and more likely to leave great reviews!
