Hard flooring cleaning was superficial. Dusting was done with multi-purpose spray instead of polish; key areas like the hutch was missed until requested. Bathroom cleaning was mixed: great on water deposits, but hair was left on floors. I had to inspect each room and ask for corrections. Cost was $250 for 5?6 hours. Joshen tracked progress via photos and was communicative.
