Firstly, we take great care in creating barriers to protect areas not involved in the project. Preserving our customers' personal belongings, health, and living spaces is of utmost importance to us. I regret any inconvenience caused, and I wish we had been made aware of your dust concerns earlier in the process so we could have adjusted the protective barrier we laid out (as pictured below). Concerning the texture job, I acknowledge that discussions about the expected outcome may not have fully aligned with your personal preferences. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and I apologize if there was any misunderstanding in this regard when we first spoke about not being able to get an exact match on the old textured ceiling. We appreciate the opportunity you gave us to address and attempt to rectify the concerns with the texture job. We painted several areas of the home free of charge along with discounting the invoice $2,000 to make up for the dissatisfaction with the ceiling texture aspect of the job. Our intention is always to ensure our customers are satisfied with our work, and these efforts were made in that spirit. Regarding the issue of payment, our goal is to ensure a seamless and convenient process for our customers. If there was any miscommunication or discomfort caused, I apologize for any confusion. Company funds are taken very seriously and we strive to maintain organized books and invoicing. I take the financial and legal security of my family and company seriously, and we expect customer to do the same please.
