From the minute we walked in to the minute we left we had nothing but awesome customer service. One young man in particular helped me with every question i had, and didn't act annoyed at all!!! I have experienced that with places that are busy, they try to hurry up and rush with answers to you and move on. That was not this store.... And I thank you for that.

We called around several different places for quotes on having topsoil delivered, and while all were pleasant on the phone, Yard N Garden was closer (we like to use local ) and they were able to deliver the next day.

THEY WERE VERY PUNCTUAL AND FRIENDLY WHEN THEY ARRIVED AT 7 AM! THE PRODUCT WAS OF HIGH QUALITY AND THE EMPLOYEES WERE IMPRESSIVE. I WAS GLAD TO USE A LOCAL COMPANY FOR THIS SERVICE.

SINCE WE HAD ALREADY PURCHASED SOME OF THAT GRAVEL BEFORE, WE SIMPLY ORDERED MORE, AND IT WAS DELIVERED THE SAME DAY. WE PAID THE DRIVER WHEN HE ARRIVED. WE WERE REALLY PLEASED WITH THE PROMPT AND EFFICIENT SERVICE.

WE ACTUALLY HAD TWO DELIVERIES. BOTH WERE ON TIME WITH THE ESTIMATE THEY PROVIDED. THE FIRST DELIVERY WAS FOR 10 YARDS OF SOIL AND IT WAS MIXED, AS WE EXPECTED. WE HAD PURCHASED THEIR TOP OF THE LINE MULCH. THE SECOND DELIVERY WAS FOR 5 YARDS AND WAS NOT OF THE SAME CONSISTENCY AS THE FIRST. IT CONSISTED PRIMARILY OF SAND. WHEN I CALLED TO COMPLAIN, I WAS TOLD THEY WOULD NOT PICK IT BACK UP AND SEEMED TO HAVE THE ATTITUDE TO "POUND SAND". GIVEN THE COST OF THEIR SERVICE, COMPARED TO OTHERS IN THE COMMUNITY, I WILL USE OTHERS IN THE FUTURE.

THE FELLOWS AT THE YARD ARE VERY WELL VERSED IN THE PLANT GENUS AND SPECIES THAT GROW BEST IN THE AREAS IN WHICH WE LIVE. THEY ALSO HAVE AN EXCELLENT UNDERSTANDING OF THE DISEASES AND ISSUES, LIGHTING REQUIREMENTS, ETC., OF THE MATERIALS PURCHASED.
