Refused to replace a part that was still under warranty. The technician who originally did the work was pleasant, polite, and professional. I hope that he had moved on to a better company. Unfortunately the part he installed went bad in 3 years. The warranty is for 5 years. When I contacted the company for a replacement, I was given the run around. I was told that I would be called back. Over an hour went by, and I called again. They said that they could get someone out 4 days later. I told them that I would be out of town then. The response was rude, so I let them know that I would be contacting the BBB and writing a review. I was told to "Go right ahead."
