WINTEC UNDERSTANDS THE QUANDARY OF A CUSTOMER WHO DEPENDS A GREAT DEAL ON THEIR COMPUTER, AND IS EMPATHETIC FROM THE START WHEN LISTENING TO THE PROBLEM. I HAD THOUGHT THAT I MIGHT BE WITHOUT MY SYSTEM FOR A FEW DAYS, OR EVEN A WEEK. WINTEC ASSESSED, REPAIRED, AND RETURNED MY COMPUTER TO ME ALL WITHIN FORTY-EIGHT HOURS; AN OUTSTANDING RESPONSE TIME.
