Bob gave us excellent service when we were looking for carpet for a rental home we planned to put on the market. We came in with a sample of carpet someone else had used, and he gave us reasons why we might want to consider another type of carpeting. He had a good selection of carpet that was locally available, since we were working in a tight time-frame.
.When we first shopped there, we planned to visit another vendor that someone had recommended. Bob put a hold on the carpet we picked out at his store, just in case. When the other vendor came in significantly higher, we called Bob back. He told us he had already allerted one of his installers to be ready to put the carpet in. The other "bargain" vendor told us he didn't deal with installers, we'd have to find one and make the arrangements ourselves.
The whole process was completed in a week, and the carpet looks fantastic. The house is ready to sell!
