Nik and his assistants worked for two weeks prepping the house and garage. They did an excellent job of cleaning the roofs and gutters, then carefully sanded and primed every spot that needed attention. They masked off the right areas, sprayed and then back-brushed the entire house and garage. After painting, it was impossible to see any of the prepped spots -- every surface is smooth and looks perfect. He came back and took off all the masking, touched up the corners, etc, where tape had been, put everything back (including doorknobs, light fixtures, etc.), and painted the shutters. The house has never looked so good!

Every day, Nik called to tell me what he would be working on, and asked appropriate questions about working on areas that needed more repair. He is meticulous, and takes great pride in his work. Nik is also skilled at many other construction trades, but this report is only for the house painting. I highly recommend him!
