Craig Swoverland was prompt and very professional. He arranged for the work permit and scheduled the post work inspection. He answered all my questions as he worked. He did a fantastic and sometimes difficult job of removing an old Federal Pacific service panel and installing a new Siemens panel in its place. The job required removing the power meter and installing a new ground line outside. His attention to detail, clean working habits, and expertise made it a pleasure to have him working in my house (even with the COVID19 issues). I would definitely hire him again. The quality of work made the inspection really easy for the city. The inspectors only comments were on the excellent quality of work and no issues were found.

Craig said he'd do it, he did it, and it was perfect.  He was clean, timely, professional, got the job done by the time he said he would and even did a few extra things since he was there.  I couldn't ask for a better experience!  He was very knowledgeable, explained everything he was doing and why, responded quickly when called and even started the day he came out to look at the job.  He has a large list of good contacts that he referred me to for some other projects I have in line.  It is also a joy to talk to him on the phone, what a HELPFUL person!!!  I am definitely using him again with future projects.

SHOWED UP AT 7:20AM; UNPACKED THE OVEN TO GET AMP REQUIREMENTS, RAN ADDITIONAL WIRE WITH CONDUIT; PULLED OLD OVEN AND INSTALLED NEW.  DONE BY 11:30AM.  VERY PROFESSIONAL.

I got a phone call from my tenants saying some of the outlets in the kitchen were not working so I got on Craigslist to find an electrician and that's when I called West Coast Electric.  It was right near the Thanksgiving holiday and he was more than willing to go out immediately, even if it meant working Thanksgiving weekend, just to get the job done.
I gave Craig the contact information of my tenants and he took it from there contacting them to set up a date and time for service. 
Having tenants in the home I was concerned about them being satisfied with service and they told me Craig did a wonderful job and they were more than happy with his expertise and ability to perform repairs in a very timely manner.
I felt very confident having Craig perform repairs on the house because once I explained what was happening he seemed to know exactly what was wrong and the issue in the kitchen ended up being exactly what he thought it was.  

Craig was very friendly and professional.  He replaced both fans and cleaned up very nicely after himself.

He was very good. He was very thorough, prompt and courteous. He wasn’t that expensive. I would rate him highly.

The work itself went great. Two very nice guys were very pleasant, clean and quick. They were in and out in about 4 hours. They are very busy, so getting on the calendar was the hard part.

Craig was efficient. He regularly works with Summerson Plumbing when electrical work is needed. We have asked him to assist Summerson Plumbing in another project.

Wiring our 220V hot tub was a challenge to make the conduit as invisible as possible. Also there was only one open breaker on the box, so he had to move a breaker to make room for the 2 breakers that the hot tub required. He took the extra effort to work with the electrical inspector to make the installation acceptable and as invisible as possible. We did get an electrical permit because this is a new condo and we want to be sure that we do everything correct for the HOA. If it was our single family home we probably would not have pulled an electrical permit for a very routine hot tub install.

I EXPLAINED TO CRAIG THE AMOUNT WE COULD PAY ON TOP OF WHAT THE BUILDER WOULD ALLOW AND HE SEEMED CONFIDENT THAT WE WOULD NOT GO OVER BUDGET BASED ON OUR CHOICES. I EXPLAINED SEVERAL TIMES PRIOR TO HIM DOING THE WORK THAT I WANTED AN ESTIMATE AND HE EXPLAINED "HE COULD NOT GIVE AN ESTIMATE UNTIL THE WORK WAS COMPLETED". WHEN WE GOT THE FINAL BILL IT WAS $1000+ OVER BUDGET AND WHAT WAS EXPLAINED TO ME WAS "YOU WOULD NOT HAVE LIKED WHAT YOU WOULD HAVE GOTTEN IF I DID NOT DO WHAT I FELT WAS NECESSARY". HE STRONG ARMED ME INTO PAYING THE BILL WITH THREATS AND DEMANDS. WE PAID THE BILL UNDER DURESS AND DID NOT EVEN GET A RECEIPT FOR PAYMENT SINCE HE WOULD NOT GIVE US ONE.
