I hired We Do Everything to repair a dry rot problem in my bathroom, install new tub, toilet, shower, counter, sink and faucet, and tiling, we supplied materials. When the worker opened up the floor and wall he discovered extensive damage due to a leaky pipe. While Warren Merrill, the president was there on site the worker pointed out all that would need to be done, including using jacks to lift the house to replace rotten wood, and lifting the cabinet to replace damaged flooring. At that time, Warren quoted me a ballpark figure of how much the extra work would cost. Afterwards, the worker did not lift the house or cabinet and told me the rot just wasn't as bad as he thought so he only replaced a small amount of wood. The worker rarely worked more than 4 or 5 hours per day and the job took twice as long as Warren told me it would take. The tiling quality was some of the worst I've ever seen, and there were many esthetic issues, unrelated to a couple of tile size discrepancy issues, that needed to be addressed, such as extensive grout cracking after a week, and tile that was cut about inch short on an entire wall and just filled in with grout , and tile that was cut slightly wavy rather than straight. Those were just a few of the problems. I took pictures of some of the issues and emailed them to Warren. Warren emailed me a final bill that was almost twice what he quoted me. I emailed him back requesting a meeting at the house to discuss the work and the final bill, and to itemize the bill because I wanted to know what labor hours he was charging versus materials. His response was to threaten to put a lien on my house if I didn't pay by the following Monday, and offer to send the same worker that botched the tile work to fix it, and he offered to reduce the bill by a couple hundred dollars to avoid legal process. I told him I did not trust the worker to do a quality job and to please send someone else. He said the work was guaranteed for a year and he insisted on sending the same worker. I did send a final check and since it was cashed all attempts to communicate with Warren have been unsuccessful. He doesn't respond to phone messages or emails. As a retiree, I feel very taken advantage of. Warren states on his website that quality is very important to him, yet he refused to come over and assess the substandard tiling job his worker performed. He refused to provide me with an itemized bill. And he aparently will not send a professional to address the tile and grout issues. I'm hoping that the worker actually repaired all the dry rot but I guess only time will tell. I did, however, learn a valuable lesson. Research thoroughly before hiring someone.

We had a roof put on by a relative  which was our first mistake . The water damage was in four rooms. Enter " WE DO EVERYTHING ".
The owner was extremely professional. Which sold us on using them . The crew came in and said we can't do this for that much money 
it's going to cost double that and gave the name of another company. We fired them on the spot. My wife called the owner and he assured her they could and would do it for that price. The work started fine. When it came time to paint things went down hill .
They stood on the banister to paint in place of a latter now it"s shaky . They got paint on the floor , woodwork , and furniture . The "cleanup" was poor and the paint was one coat which shows. We finally gave up and just wanted to move on.
