Tim arrived early, quickly went to work and found were the line was clogged, removed the debris, tested the flow and then made the necessary repairs.  He replaced the dirt and sod that had to be dug up and then assisted with adjusting all sprinkler nozzles to ensure good coverage. It's great to work with Tim because he provides appropriate repairs and solutions.

It's a monthly charge and it's around $145. They just work with us when we need and get all the things done.

He showed me how to open it and close it down. He gave me ideas for adding on my drip system. He did not try to out sell me on anything. He believed that i could do all the work myself. The work seemed complex but he showed me how to do it. He was very prompt, knowledgeable and he got my sprinkler running. He educated me on what i could do.

Mr. Thorson, the owner, indicated he was licensed, bonded and insured but did not mention that it was in the state of Washington, not Oregon where we live. He supervised the work of his crew, collected his money and took off with 8 of the 12 flagstones included in his bid. When contacted, he promised he would drop them off. He never did and he also did not respond when notified that the lawn he installed in the back yard was failing for lack of enough soil. Again, he was paid to provide dirt and sod. A small claim judgement was obtained against Water Rite but Mr.Thorsen ignored that too. In the past he has tried to say it is another company with the same name but his business cards, invoice and license # all match and indicate he is who we say he is!

They were prompt and courteous. They did a good job.

Received professional and friendly service at a reasonable price. Water Rite Backflow Services did an excellent job and I plan to use their services in the future.

I've used them since 2008. They mow and edge. They prune shrubs. They service our irrigation system. They are very responsive even if the request is a little out of scope.

Tim was on time, friendly and knowledgeable. He took time to explain the program to me and had everything working when he left. I have no idea how many years it had been since anyone attempted to use the irrigation system and was pleasantly surprized that Tim got it all to work.

The installation went very fast which was surprising as my land is very rocky. Tim was extremely thorough in teaching me how to shut the system down in the winter and how to maintain it. I was surprised how fast he came on the two occasions when I needed assistance. Water-Rite completely backs their work.

They did a great job. They were very professional and on time. Their whole attitude was great.

At the completion of the job he was inside my home going over the bill when he asked that it be made out to him personally. I was afraid to argue the point since my husband was not home. I was charged for 12 flagstones. I asked that the 8 flagstones be returned. He said he would return them but he never did. He did not put down sufficient dirt in the back yard and the lawn is extremely bumpy and the grass unhealthy. He also refused to fix that.

I complained to the Contractor's Board. The owner then texted a message that our and quot;stupid state could not do anything to help and quot;. I called him and he ended the conversation with an expletive. At that time I found out that he was not licensed to work in my state although his bid form stated that he was licensed in the state of Oregon.

I filed a small claim and received a judgment for approximately $1950. He has made no effort to settle or pay the judgment.

They come and check the irrigation system which I had them do this time. They went through every station to make sure there wasn't any leak. It is one of the places the city recommends if you have any water fixture or pool. They have been doing our water check for the past 4-5 years. I don't have anyone to compare them to and they are equivalent to the other company who used to come.

I had a sprinkler valve in the back yard that had a leak and sprinklers in the front yard not working. Estimate was $320 to dig up grass, repair pipe/valve and patch up the grass, in which I was told I won't be able to tell the grass was dug up, and to replace cylanoid to repair front sprinklers. I agreed to the job with the understanding that this price would repair the leak and have the front sprinklers working. However, when the job was done, I was told the front sprinklers weren't working because apparently I needed a new clock, not a cylanoid. The leaky valve in back was fixed but left the grass uneven, and sloppily patched up. I had to add fill dirt and then add grass seed around the box where it now was patches of dirt.

They are efficient. They come when they say they will, and do what they are supposed to. They leave 2 copies of the receipt so we can send one to the city.

They are great. We really like them. It went very smoothly. They had great customer service. We had some questions. The guy came out and helped us and showed us how to reset everything. We are really happy with it. They are very professional. He knows what he is doing.

Called Water-Rite, spoke to owner who said someone would be out in the next couple weeks (backflow testing/maintenance work grouped by geographical area), which I was fine with. A few weeks later, it was done as promised.

Tim was great to talk to and gave me suggestions that actually reduced the price of the work. We got many small jobs done all at once as he has the equipment and ability to do pressure washing, etc.

The workers who performed the job were not supervised properly and the sprinkler lines were left exposed on the surface and not buried in several areas. I ended up finishing the work myself due to their lack of response.
