I emailed WM over two weeks ago to receive a pick-up for on call trash service. I received no response even though I asked for one and my trash was not picked up four days later on my trash day.. I got back into town Thursday and called because my trash was not picked up. They said it would be picked up in 48 hours. Three days later I get a call from WM in Ohio asking which can was not picked up. On the message the man did not give a call back number, when I called back the number on the caller ID, it was not in service. So I called the main line and told them for a third time I need my trash picked. Again, it was not picked up the following Tuesday. I called once gain and told them that not only was my trash not picked up, but my yard waste was not picked as well this time. They said someone would be out in less than 48 hours. That was three days ago and nothing happened. I called for a fourth time and fifth contact. A lady named Amber took my call. She was rude, patronizing, and snarky. She has the audacity to suggest that it was MY fault because I did not inform them when I called that I had on-call trash service. WHICH I HAD!!! I told her to listen to the phone calls. I KNOW I have on-call trash service...I have had this service for 6 years, I know how it works! She said they could pick it up the following Tuesday. My trash has been sitting out there for starting on three weeks now. I told her that is not good enough and she starting talking over me that they don't have anyone that works on Saturdays. I was on hold for 45 mins before I got to speak to a supervisor.  I was then given an $18.90 refund for over 2 hours of work to get my trash picked up.   Not ok!

They come at different times. They always pick everything up and do a pretty good job.

They are consistent and do a good job.
