Best and fastest phone call to waste connections in a long time. I was lucky to speak with Chris E. She was so nice and so helpful. Took care of my needs in a timely manner before my little one became fussy which was so nice. Thank you girl, you rock!!!!

They are not very responsive to the needs of their rural customers. They consider a private road as a driveway. They make it where we essentially have to take our trash all they way out to the main road which is 2/10 to a half a mile away. They are not understanding. If they would at least come down into the cul-de-sac it would be a lot better.

Overall I am very pleased with their services, the only comment I have is that they could be more accommodating to seniors, but that is a very small issue as far as I am concerned. I really have no complaints.

They have been excellent. Their prices vary according to what I order. They are very good about what they do. If I missed throwing out something in a particular week, they will accommodate that the following week. They are very good; they do a good job.

I love not having to worry about overweight cans anymore. We split the cost of the dumpster with our neighbor (27.50 a piece). They come on time every time and it's great being able to dump larger items.
