Property Appraisal
HAVING OUR HOME RE-FINANCED, THEY USED PEOPLE THAT WE DIDN'T CARE FOR NOR THE PRICE OF THEM. FOUND OUT THAT OUR BANK HAS A LOW PRICE FOR APPRAISALS. WE USED THEM INSTEAD, AND LATER FOUND WE HAD A BETTER DEAL TO RE-FINANCE OUR HOME LOAN THROUGH THEM, SO WE ENDED UP GETTING THAT AS WELL.
