I have to say I had numerous times I needed to contact Matt Walsh regarding poor service and the level of professionalism I was greeted with has been sub-par. You get a response, but he is almost argumentative, stating he contacted the job foreman and the work was completed. I have had to send pictures of incomplete or shoddy work and always receive an "excuse" as to why I am incorrect. I am not a difficult person to please, I have an extremely small yard- we're not talking acres here.
I will not use them again. For the price, you do not get what you pay for.

We have been using Walsh and Co. for a couple years. After using other yard maintenance companies in the past, Walsh has stood out as the best. They have always been pleasant to deal with and very helpful and informative when we have questions. When we moved to a neighboring city, they went out of their way to work with us when there was moving chaos on our end. They really know the business and our lawn looks outstanding every time they come.
