 + -1 moreI have to say I had numerous times I needed to contact Matt Walsh regarding poor service and the level of professionalism I was greeted with has been sub-par. You get a response, but he is almost argumentative, stating he contacted the job foreman and the work was completed. I have had to send pictures of incomplete or shoddy work and always receive an "excuse" as to why I am incorrect. I am not a difficult person to please, I have an extremely small yard- we're not talking acres here. I will not use them again. For the price, you do not get what you pay for.

Description of Work: We have used Walsh & Companie's Landsacping services for the last 8 months and are extremely pleased with their performance. Justin Walsh wrote a thorough and detailed estimate, including dates and services to be performed. They have kept their schedule and have certainly exceeded our expectations. Not just for lawn care, but for flowerbed maintenance, pruning, fertilizing, etc. All of their employees are courteous, professional and are in uniform making them easily identifiable. Every time we see them they always ask if there is something we would like done differently or if there is anything else we would like done.

 + -1 moreThis couldn't have been easier. From the initial phone call to the end of service was remarkably fast and efficient.
Description of Work: I called for a lawn aeration and was told there was a crew in my area and I could have it done the same day. The owner met with me and gave me the price. I have a very large lot and was happy with the quote and service. A neighbor came by and asked for an estimate and hired him on the spot and had the work done when they were finished at my place. The only downside is they didn't do dethatching.

They have always been pleasant to deal with and very helpful and informative when we have questions. When we moved to a neighboring city, they went out of their way to work with us when there was moving chaos on our end. They really know the business and our lawn looks outstanding every time they come.
