Had very old PAL VHS video tapes of a friend's wedding from 20 years ago. Tapes were in unknown condition, some mold or fungus visible on one tape. Tom did a prompt, professional job of capturing the footage to Quicktime .mov files for me to transfer to DVD on my home PC. The footage looks great, much better than we thought possible. Tom has a neat, modern, professional office with lots of computers and A/V equipment. Would recommend to others.
