everything went well but the nature of the install will make it difficult to get into the space if needed.

Built a custom home last year with a builder but I handled a few areas such as insulation due to my allergies and desire for some extra options not standard such as sound proofing in area other than bathroom. I wanted ecobatt rolled insulation after learning about it at the 2010 parade of homes so obtained a couple of quotes besides builders supply co. Went with this firm due to their responsiveness (family business so they are allowed to take a vacation : ), pleasant attitude, flexibility, and fair price (and when I asked for something not really needed they let me know as opposed to just adding it on).
