Wonderful. The person who came out for the installation was great. He did a very job. He cleaned everything up. Put tape all around the inside channels and installed the windows and cleaned up afterwards. Daniel is a very good employee.

Work completed in professional manner. Will use Vancouver Glass again in the future.

I had them change the sizes of two window screens , since they would not fit into the window spaces.  They were prompt,  pleasant and the price was right...   Even though they originally made them for me last summer, they didn't charge me anything to alter the sizes 1/4" this time.  Nice people.

I called and spoke with Dale. He was able to give me a quote quickly over the phone. I placed the order and was told mirror would be ready for install within week. It was delivered and installed within the timeframe given. Happy with purchase and customer service. I would use Vancouver Glass again and recommend them.

I got a fairly major rock chip in my windshield yesterday, and it had already begun to grow. I Got a recommendation and dropped in. They took me immediately, and repaired it while I waited. When he was finished, he was apologetic that the repair was going to be visible because the chip was so big, deep and already running. I can hardly see the repair. I am so pleased with the work. And the price was very reasonable, especially when I might have needed a whole new windshield.

It went fine. I arrived at time of appointment. They were ready. They gave me a ride home and picked me up when the job was done--as estimated in about 3 hours. They assisted me in filing the claim with my insurance company and billed my insurance company for the amount due after the deductible. The job was done well and have had no problems since. I don't know what more I could have expected or wanted.

Customer service and eagerness to please was great. Friendly. Service did not take very long - one week or so. However, I did have to take 2 screens back - one was re-screened using screening that had a run in the screening and a lot of debris on the screen. Can't see how the person making it could have missed it.

I was very pleased with the service provided at a good price.

Everything but plain clear glass was vastly more expensive. They refused to honor their coupon from the phone book, claiming the glass is already at maximum discount; I should have left then. I chose the bronze tinted glass because I thought it was distinctly darker than plain clear glass. A week later when I received it I saw that it was barely darker than plain clear glass, and that the store display had misled me. Instead I should have bought plain clear glass and then applied adhesive see-through vinyl sheeting that is sold at an home improvement store.

THE GUYS DOWN AT THE GLASS SHOP ARE ALWAYS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HONEST. THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY HELPFUL AND THEY GUARANTEE ALL THEIR WORK, BUT YOU DON'T HAVE TO WORRY BECAUSE THEY ALWAYS DO A GREAT JOB. YOU CAN TELL THAT THEIR SR. EMPLOYEES KNOW WHAT TO DO AND HOW TO DO IT.

I WAS PLEASED WITH VANCOUVER GLASS' WORK. THEY ARRANGED A TIME FOR ME TO DROP OFF THE CAR, THEY WERE VERY PROMPT AT REPLACING THE WINDOW, AND KEPT MY WAIT TIME TO LESS THAN A HALF AN HOUR, AS THEY SAID THEY WOULD.

THEY WERE GREAT TO COME OUT AND FIX THE WINDOW AND TAKE CARE OF THE OTHERS, IT DIDN'T TAKE TOO LONG TO GET THE WINDOW IN, ONCE WE PLACED THE ORDER, AND THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY.

THE GUYS AT THE GLASS SHOP WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. THEY LET ME KNOW HOW MUCH IT WOULD COST AND HOW LONG IT WOULD TAKE FOR THEM TO GET THE JOB DONE. I REALLY APPRECIATED THE FACT THAT THEY WERE CAREFUL AND EFFICIENT AT THEIR JOB.
