He was supposed to put products on the lawn and fertilize the shrubs and trees and then do pruning throughout the season as needed. I have called other yard services and they came out and told me that it didn't look like anyone had even been out there to work on my yard. I have no interest in V's Landscaping. I just want my yard to look nice and I even called the owner and left a voicemail that he was fired and he keeps sending his staff to my home unauthorized. I have also sent 3 letters via his staff. I have spoken to staff members requesting him to call me. The owner's staff confirmed to me that it is only a mow, blow and go service and they were thinking I needed more work done to my yard but the owner said that I did not.

Sounds basic....NOT! They did not finish the work and never came back. Called left message with no return phone calls. V is unresponsive!!!! The worst part is I paid the before they finished. Not happy!

After giving the quote and setting up a date to do the work - they did not show up? I called to verify when we could reschedule, left two messages and never got a call back.

He was very fair and thorough. I highly recommend him and he does good work. He even trimmed my trees at no charge when we had a late snow.
