Estimate performed, including all measuring, discussion about removal and sub floor plus final floors, molding and finish work.  This was followed by e mail itemized estimate.  Upon acceptance, install date was set.
Moduleo snap click flooring was chosen.  Same as the other areas done.  This time, entrance way (wood), closet (carpet), and laundry (vinyl) were removed;.  This included all screw down OSB.
Plywood installed and sealed at areas of possible water penetration.  This Belgium made floor is also used in produce areas of grocery stores.
Door removed and replaced with updated pre hung door.  Shimmed, fire retardant  foam added.  Molding re fitted and heavy screws used to properly anchor the hinges to the opening.
All areas cleaned and scrap hauled away.  All this was done in one day.  Positive attitude, smiles, and firm handshake.  Even a THANK YOU FOR THE BUSINESS.

Part of 3/4" maple floor was flooded and warped.  Flooring changes every 3-5 years, so original was not available.  We looked at linoleum, then Ryan recommended Modelo click style flooring.  Samples were taken home to check flooring and edging.  Ryan picked them up when we were done checking.  Quotes came in two days.  Parts ordered and materials ready to go in 15 days.  Tear out showed black mold.  All removed.  Down draft stove and fridge with water relocated.  Mats used to move applicance to reduce damage.  Plywood recommended for sub floor vs particle board.  Tar paper moisture barrier used first after total tear out.  Plywood down, and next was the floor with 100% moisture resistance.  Metal trim (choice of color) and repair to any wood trim for door frames.  Appliances re installed and checked for operation.
The crew communicated well and stayed with the job until done.  We knew when they would be there.  They cleaned up and left materials we requested as 'rems'.  They were responsive to our requests and questions.
Ryan followed up after the job to ensure we were satisfied.
We will use him again when we do bathroom remodeling.
