I had a hitch put onto the back of my vehicle by Sandy Blvd U-haul and it was having trouble working; I believed there was a problem with the wiring. Once I took it into the Vancouver U-haul they immediately told me there was a wiring issue and fixed the problem for free. The service was great and I really appreciated the quality service they provided!

It went very well. I called on the day I needed the truck, and when the local place in Hillsboro couldn't get me a truck, they referred me to the nationwide call center (the same as making a reservation on line, I later learned), and they were able to get me the truck I needed, when I needed it! The truck was $39.95, and we got an appliance dolly for an additional $10. Our final cost included the damage waiver, gas we used, and the $0.69/mile charges. My only frustration was that they were supposed to call within an hour of me making the reservation to confirm the pick up location of the truck, and I ended up having to call them.

WE HAVE USED THIS STORE SEVERAL TIMES AND ON THIS OCCASION RECEIVED GREAT SERVICE. WE GAVE THEM LITTLE NOTICE AND THEY HAD NO PROBLEM WITH IT AT ALL. ONCE WE ARRIVED WE WERE IN AND OUT IN 10 MINUTES AND HAD A NEW TRUCK TO DRIVE. THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON SHORTLY AFTER IT LEFT, WE CALLED IMMEDIATELY AND THEY TOLD US TO CONTINUE DRIVING SINCE WE NOTICE NOTHING WRONG WITH THE TRUCK. THE STORE AND STAFF WERE VERY CLEAN AND EVERYTHING WAS VERY ORGANIZED.
