We purchased an older 2200sq ft home with popcorn ceilings throughout the house, I scrapped all the popcorn off myself (cause it was easy), and he prepped the ceilings and applied knockdown texture to all the ceilings in the house. Then he primed and painted the ceilings.
He did such a great job and we were thrilled that he stuck to his initial time estimate so we had him demo and move a few walls, move some outlets and lights, paint all the interior walls, etc. Again, if you've ever had contractors work for you then you know that the hardest part is getting them to show up when they say they will and finish the job on time. Even with us asking him everyday to add this or move this, he was still finished the day he promised. Then for a small fee he hauled away all the demo material.
Now we are picking out exterior paint colors and will have him paint the exterior of the house. I will update when finished. You will be as thrilled as we are with Turcios if you choose to go with them, they are very professional and willing to work with your schedule.
