TUFF TURF

They schedule when treatment needs to be done through the year and when it is time to do something. They call and say when they are coming and they come. When the treatment is finished, they leave the bill hanging on our front door. They have only had to change the day once or twice, but they always call and tell us. It has been nice this way because we never have to figure out when something has to be done or keep the chemicals and equipment in our garage or shed. They just do it when it is time for the lawn to be treated. They do other services, too. We have the greenest and healthiest lawn in the area.

They have new people working there and I don't care for them. There's one technician that I would not have come here again. I've had trouble with them. We're going to cancel the service. They should be a little more professional. They should meet my needs a little better as to the fertilizing treatments they did.

Quote was a couple weeks late in getting back to me and when it did, the price was a shock. The trees in question are mature fruit shorter than 12', located in a maintained orchard accessible by equipment. The trees have been pruned annually. Not sure if this is just not the specialty of this company or they just do not have much experience in this area. We ended up having another company bid $500 for same.

They come out on a periodical basis. They work with my schedule and they are not intrusive. I can leave a key so that they can get to the yard. The lady that handles the scheduling is always very informative and answers all of my questions. My lawn has improved.

They have us on a lawn maintenance schedule and they come when the lawn needs fertilizing, weed control, lime, or whatever our lawn need from month to month. They call us before hand to tell us when they are coming and what they will be doing to our lawn. They are very professional and always have come on time. If there is something the lawn needs they write a note on the bill that they leave on our door, and we let them know if we want the service they suggest, which more often than not, we do. They have never suggested things that are not needed to keep our lawn looking healthy. It is nice to not have to worry about purchasing chemicals and try to remember what needs to be applied and when. They just take care of all of that. We have been happy with their service.

He was very punctual, professional, and sprayed the grass immediately. Within two days it has turned black and the moss is dying already. And as an extra service, he offered to rake all the small limbs off of the grass and put them into our compost pile. What a nice thing to do.

They responded in a timely manner, arrived when they were supposed to and cleaned -up after the job was done. We have signed up for their on-going lawn maintenance program.

We moved from the desert like conditions of Nevada to the and quot;rain forestand quot; of Vancouver, WA. We knew that things would be different in maintaining a new lawn but we had no idea of the different challenges caused by insects (e.g., crane flies) and other lawn disease (e.g., red thread) that do not exist in the desert. We have a large suburban lot and a lot of money invested in a large backyard for pets and did not want to see that investment lost. We received bids from several lawn care companies and Tuff Turf, while not the cheapest, seemed to be the most knowledgeable and professional after visits from all the firms. They have been very receptive to questions and concerns when the lawn did not appear to be returning to health as quickly as expected. They responded to our concerns in a timely and courteous manner each time we called. As requested, they always call one to two days before they come to apply one of their treatments to either the lawn or the flower/shrub beds. This allows us to have a gate unlocked for their access. The office staff is always friendly and helpful during all communications and the guys who come to lay down the applications are always friendly and patient as well. I would recommend them to anyone for lawn restoration or maintaining an already healthy lawn.

I'd been having issues with my lawn and called Tuff Turf after finding them on Angie's List. I suspected a fungus and had tried treating it myself with Scotts products, but was not seeing any results. I spoke with April, who gave me some background on the company and even tried to trouble shoot my issue before sending someone out. Since it is a new lawn she felt an analysis was required, and they came out the following day. I received a detailed analysis and quote for an annual program, which was very reasonable ($35.75 per application, 7 times per year with free lime. Aeration is $50), and signed up to begin the program next year since I already purchased my fall fertilizer. I did schedule them to apply the fungicide, which seems to be working, as I'm seeing no new problem areas. All of this was done within days of my initial call, with excellent communication and paperwork. They offer a prepayment discount, online payments and excellent follow up (welcome letters were emailed, fungus information and care sheet given). I am relieved to have someone to turn to with my lawn care questions, and have no doubt that once I begin using their lawn care program next year I will be pleased. This is what I expect from a business, and I am so happy to have found them.

The price depends on the size of the yard and what they have to do. They are due to come back again next Monday to do the erosion of the yard. They are always quite professional, and they don't make a mess when they are done doing their job they put my bill in a little plastic bag and hang it on the door knob and I send my payment.

They did a great job. They were here when they said they were going to be.

They come out at least half a dozen times a year to treat my lawn. They're out there with several different applications a year to treat and care for my lawn. I've never had any problems with clean up or anything else with them.

WE HAVE USED TUFF TURF FOR OVER 8 YEARS. WE HAVE RECENTLY MOVED INTO A NEW HOME WE HAD BUILT AND LANDSCAPED. I WOULD TRUST NO ONE ELSE WITH THE FERTILIZATION AND SPRAYING OF OUR NEW LAWN AND LANDSCAPE. THE EMPLOYEES ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS I MAY HAVE. MY LAWN IS ALWAYS LUSH AND GREEN. I'D RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE.

WE HAVE USED TUFF TURF FOR SEVERAL YEARS AND HAVE ALWAYS RECEIVED HIGH QUALITY SERVICE. THEY ARE FAIRLY EXPENSIVE, HOWEVER THEY HAVE THE ADVANTAGE OF SETTING UP SERVICE AND THEN THEY WILL COME OUT WHENEVER SERVICE IS NECESSARY. THEY ARE ALWAYS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT GENERAL LAWN CARE AND WILLING TO ANSWER QUESTIONS.

GOOD EXPERIENCE. NOT INTRUDING AND A RESPECTFUL COMPANY. LAWN GUYS ALWAYS ON SCHEDULE AND PRODUCT WORKED WELL. GOOD COMMUNICATION WITH THE CUSTOMER ON PRODUCTS AND SERVICES.
