What I needed was to have only the carpeted basement cleaned after the water heater broke and flooded the basement. Once the basement was dried out, I called Tru Prevention to try to schedule. It was difficult to reach them because the phone always went to voicemail but the voicemail box was full. Eventually I talked with someone at Tru Prevention in October 2013. He said they were completely booked up until after the coupon expired - due to a good response to the coupon. He did extend my time to use the coupon for 3 months (I think.) There was apparently a misunderstanding because I thought the company was going to contact me in December but it was probably up to me. I did try to call them a couple of times but had the same experience of not getting an answer or being able to leave a message. I will consider contacting Tru Prevention for an estimate on carpet cleaning so that I might at least apply the cost of the coupon.

I have to say this is the most fun I have ever had getting my carpets cleaned. The owner and one of his associates came promptly when they said they would and did a great job! They were extremely nice and thorough with the work they performed. They did as well as any other carpet cleaner I've have used in the past and I would definelty use them again. The price was lower for all the services I had performed due to purchasing a "groupon". They said they would send me a list of regular prices, but have yet to get anything. That is one reason for my lower rating for the responsiveness. I also had a to leave a couple messages at first, but when they did call back they apologized due to being so busy from the "groupon", and made every effort to get me an appointment asap.
