Alan was courteous, considerate, and businesslike in all procedures involved in completing the exterior paint job on my home. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for someone who is honest and predictable in the way they perform their work. He worked extremely efficiently, showing up in a timely manner and did a terrific job, paying special attention to detail. Everything was cleaned up when the painting project was finished. It was refreshing to work with someone so conscientious about his performance.

Even after repeated request to clean up and/or mask to protect the woodwork, etc., he did not. Very little respect for personal property. He would work only a few hours a day and made only small progress each day. He was rarely on time. He didn't return when he was supposed to and did not return my calls so I had to fire him mid-job. I regret giving him 'progress' payments. I finally have light in the area he worked and can see the results. The drywall finish he applied is very uneven and quite disappointing. I wish I had fired him sooner.
